It has come to the attention of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board that a post shared on the Instagram page “Aawaz_Jalandhar” falsely claims:
“Vaishno Devi ke darshan ke raste par kudrat ka kehar, badal phatne se 3 ki maut.”
The Shrine Board categorically denies this report and confirms that it is completely false, baseless, and misleading. No such incident has occurred on the Yatra route. Pilgrim movement remains smooth, and all facilities and services are operating as normal.
Such fabricated news not only misleads devotees but also causes unnecessary fear and panic. The Shrine Board urges media outlets and the public not to fall prey to or circulate such misinformation.
Strict legal action, including the filing of a criminal complaint, has been initiated against the concerned social media page for spreading false information.
