A 32-year-old woman died under suspicious circumstances after her health reportedly deteriorated soon after she was administered an injection by a local practitioner in Bishnah area of Jammu district.
The deceased has been identified as Meenu Devi, wife of Neetu Kumar and a resident of Palli village in Bishnah.
According to family members, Meenu Devi suddenly fell ill at her home, following which she was taken to a local doctor in Palli for treatment. They alleged that shortly after an injection was administered, her condition worsened significantly.
Concerned over her deteriorating health, the family rushed her to the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Bishnah. However, after examination, doctors at the hospital declared her brought dead.
The incident has left the family in deep shock and grief. The exact cause of death is yet to be determined, and further investigation is expected to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the case.
